This will be a special tent to honor the time of year when many cultures believe that the veil between us and our passed loved ones is the thinnest. We will create an altar for the night, do some journaling, share an ‘ancestors feast,’ and hold a share circle.

You are invited to bring an item that is significant to you to add to the communal altar we will create for the night. This can be photos, flowers, or any item(s) that represent your ancestors/passed loved ones.

We will have a table set up for snacks, drinks, and other items participants wish to share. If you would like you can bring items that mean something to you on this day. This can be a recipe you loved to make together, a simple drink or sweet they enjoyed, or even your favorite comfort food. You are welcome to bring homemade or store bought, or just your beautiful self. These events are always zero pressure.

Together, we are reclaiming our power and learning to love ourselves and each other.

Red Tent gatherings can be many things, but initially, we simply want a safe space to share stories, hopes, fears, and desires that don't often have a place in general society. Red tents are for coming together over good food, good conversation, and good intentions. We will talk, share stories of joy, success, and heartache, sing songs, ask for help or prayers, or whatever else we feel is needed or called to. We typically open circles with a saging and a short guided meditation, followed by a sharing circle and pulling Goddess Cards.

All are welcome to join in discussions, but please also feel welcome to come and sit quietly - meditate, create art, or simply enjoy a bowl of nourishing soup and a cup of tea in the presence of other women. Come when you can and leave when you need to. Red tents are open to all women 15+

The only rule we must all follow is to show respect for one another's differences of opinion and confidentiality. 

Red Tents are held on the full and new moons each month. We greatly look forward to meeting you!
